Everything is awesome here, had a great stay for one night. The units are impeccable in good condition. The outdoor restaurant is good place to hang out, which also served Indian cuisine

We spent a few days at this beautiful heritage hotel in a peaceful residential area. the surroundings truly take you away from mass tourism and it's perfect if you want to relax. the friendly staff was always accommodating and the room was luxurious, with a beautiful view of the garden. the breakfast had a good variety of delicious food and healthy options.

The hotel was a bit far from main activities which could be an inconvenience for some travelers.

It would be an improvement if the staff had distinctive clean uniforms and name badges. The owner appeared intimidating to his staff. This hotel has great potential and could be up there as one of the best.

Great servive, great food, great swimming pool, great room. Everything was perfect especially the kindness of the owner, we felt like at home.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, just a short ride away from the main attractions. The staff treated me like a valued guest throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The twin room here has an extremely comfy bed, a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating, which are great amenities.

Our 3 days at Royal Heritage Haveli were absolutely fantastic. A great hotel with a excellent service, a very refreshing swimming pool, beautiful rooms, and very nice food.

The room was lovely, it was very spacious, clean and had clearly been recently renovated.

The hotel is still being renovated; there were builders around the pool area. However, you could not use the pool anyway as it was dirty from building dust. There was no reception desk / area so no where to ask for advise etc without hunting around the hotel. Most members of staff werte helpful once you actally found them although one member of staff (the driver) was exceptionally rude constantly.

The staff were super attentive and the location was great for getting around. Everything was really nice here. the decor was stylish and they had some tasty treats around. the outdoor restaurant served up some absolutely delicious food - didn't disappoint! 🌟

the Royal Heritage Haveli is a bubble out of the noise and the fever of Jaipur , where you can enjoy a calm surrounding and take a nice rest . the people of the staff are nicely caring , and supporting all needs a customer may have .

The people were very nice -- experienced great hospitality from the owners and their staff. The place was quiet and relaxed and had lovely grounds, and its ambience was great for relaxing, having a cup of tea and reading or just chatting with the family and friends.

Nothing really that I didn't like. Perhaps the water in the pool could be better kept and clean -- it actually has a great location but the water didn't look too inviting for a swim. But this is understandable as the place is still going through restoration.

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was away from the city center, yet easily accessible via taxi or car hire. In addition, the hotel and room designs were beautifully designed to look luxurious, but feel comfortable.

It was winter, so the rooms were a bit cool. They provided a radiator though, which I definitely used.
